o       Seek to understand client business strategy and use it as a starting point for designing the business processes, information technology, and organization required to support their business strategy.

o       Support clients in transferring business strategy and requirements into an overall IT strategy.

o       Assess different technology strategies and in doing so align technology strategies with client business and process strategies.

o       Determine the broad direction and priorities for IT in line with our client’s overall business strategy.

o       Provide IT enterprise architecture planning including advisory services combining strategic plans and knowledge of emerging technologies to create a logical design of the system and the supporting infrastructure.

o       Assess client IT environments and support the design of the IT architecture or its specific parts according to our client’s defined IT strategy.

o       Provide IT organizations with clear policies and guidelines.

·         Assess the operating efficiency and capacity of client IT environments for immediate and future cost-saving potentials and measures.

·         Project Management, short to mid term (3 to 12 months) using a proven project management approach in order to ensure that client projects comply with all budget, time and quality specifications.

·         Provide IT disaster recovery planning aligned with client business resumption plans.

·         Assist in client’s computer service provider management through RFP, RFQ & RFI processes.

·         Design, negotiate and monitor Service Level Agreements and service contracts.

·         Assess client IT security strategies and provide planning, implementation and maintenance of their IT security model.

·         Promote and assist clients on Enterprise 2.0, an emerging technology strategy based on the Web 2.0 model, including the  promotion, planning and implementation of Enterprise 2.0 within the organization.
